COLORING BOOKS FOR ADULTS
Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Does this have anything to do with creating sexy or sexual coloring books?

A1: No, it has nothing to do with that at all.

What we are talking about is creating coloring book illustrations that are more complex than what you would give a 6yo or a 9yo.

Coloring books for children often depict images that can be colored in just a few minutes, and the entire book colored in a day.

Typically the coloring books created for adults contain illustrations that have hundreds of shapes to individually color. When completed, some might even pass for real art.

These illustrations will typically be colored in hours, not minutes. And, it may take a month to complete the entire coloring book.

Below is a sample image that Neil Groom created in just a few minutes after purchasing this product. He included the image when he shared his experience. When he posted, he made it clear that he doesn't work with imaging software at his job. He said his day job is being a police officer. :)

Here is an overview of his comments:

This is just awesome.. If you are interested in this GO BUY IT. There is money to be made and lots of it. I love it...

This is the greatest training product ever...

Q2: Is it true that if I don't get in now, this niche will soon become saturated?

A2: No, it is not true.

Here is the deal. Customers who buy Adult Coloring Books will typically buy another coloring book, when they have finished their current coloring book.

People color for purposes of relaxation and to keep their minds active. It is entertainment that they consume almost religiously.

In March or April, my ex-wife attended a party at a friends house, where the hostess offered all attendees an over-sized Adult Coloring Book, then taught her guests how to match colors to bring out the beauty in any design.

My ex-wife was tickled pink afterwards, and she posted her colored picture on FaceBook for all of her friends to see.

After her evening of fun, my ex-wife purchased several Adult Coloring Books for those times when she just wanted to relax, while also keeping her mind busy.

The deal is that once people get hooked on these books, they will continue to buy one or a few each month, for many months and years.

Q3: Is there really a market for these Coloring Books for Adults?

A3: Absolutely.

Take a look at the book cover and the sales rank for this sample Adult Coloring Book as it was shown in Amazon during the wee hours of July 31, 2015:

The book shown above is priced at $10.61.

The Adult Coloring Book currently ranked #29 in all of the Amazon marketplace was produced in September of 2014. -- "Detailed Designs and Beautiful Patterns (Sacred Mandala Designs and Patterns Coloring Books for Adults) (Volume 28)"... This particular author has published 305 coloring books since June of 2014. Can you imagine any author producing 305 books if they are not profiting handsomely as a result of doing so? This book is priced at $8.70.

"Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt and Coloring Book" is currently the 6th highest ranked book in the Amazon marketplace. According to its book description, it has sold 2 million copies since its release in March 2013!! This book is priced at $9.97.

On August 11, 2015, a friend of mine was traveling. He said he went into a local bookstore, and as he was passing one shelf, he thought of me. He took a snapshot and sent the following picture to me from the book store in the United Kingdom... :)

Q4: Does this offer contain software to help us with the process?

A4: No. It does not. However, we describe several software packages that you can use. Software is NOT a required purchase, however, the suggested software could be very useful to you, enabling you to create more coloring book illustrations more quickly.

This guide describes how to use six different software applications, one of which is free to use.

Q5: Are there any required additional purchases?

A5: No. Although we do recommend some OPTIONS for you to consider on software, you are NOT REQUIRED to buy any software. AND, we do describe one software package that you CAN USE FOR FREE.

In all of my training products, I do try to offer folks several options. In my mind, there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" solution.

Q6: Are these books supposed to be published on the Amazon Kindle platform?

A6: No. This guide is going to describe using a Print-On-Demand (POD) publisher. We specifically detail how to use of CreateSpace, which is owned by Amazon. However, there are several POD publishers available online, each with its own pro's and con's.

The process of coloring something typically requires paper to be involved, hence the reason we are describing how to produce these books in print format through a POD publisher.

While you can publish coloring books on the Kindle platform, we are not directing you to do so. As to how a coloring book can be published in digital format for a digital Ebook, we do describe what you MUST DO if you want to produce a coloring book for the Amazon Kindle.

Q7: How does Print-On-Demand publishing work?

A7: With CreateSpace and many of the other companies, we produce our books in PDF format, then upload the manuscript to the publisher's website.

The POD publisher will then list your book in their catalog for customers to find.

When a customer makes a purchase, the sales platform will place the order with the POD publisher, who will print one copy of your book to fill the order. Once printed, the publisher will ship your book to the customer. Then once per month, the POD publisher will send you your share of the profits, i.e. your book royalties.

Q8: Does it cost anything to use a Print-On-Demand publisher?

A8: In most cases no.

Vanity publishers might charge you set up and printing fees in advance, but you should not use a Vanity publisher.

POD publishers do not charge fees for their basic service. They make money when your book is printed.

CreateSpace does offer a free ISBN, the publisher tracking number that all books must have. CreateSpace also offers additional options, in case you have your own ISBN numbers that you purchased yourself.

CreateSpace does also offer an Extended Distribution Service that does cost $25, but most books will not need that until sales start coming in, thereby justifying the cost. Most of the Extended Distribution Service is free for everyone. The only fee involved is the $25 fee to process the Library of Congress LCCN number. Here is what that does:

Libraries use the Library of Congress database, as well as other databases, to stay up-to-date on available titles. Make it easier for them to purchase your book by registering for a Library of Congress Control Number (LCCN)--a unique identification number that the Library of Congress assigns and uses for cataloging and other book-processing activities.

CreateSpace does also offer other optional services for a fee -- mostly formatting and the such, but honestly, I have never paid CreateSpace for their extra services, except for the Extended Distribution on profitable books.

Q9: Are there any up-sells with this offer?

A9: Yes, one. In our additional offer -- OPTIONAL -- we offer access to three video training sessions that we recorded live in early August 2015.

On our download page, you can click the watch the videos at your convenience. Additionally, you will find additional materials that we felt would be helpful to you.

The three live training session recordings are valuable by themselves. But what makes the up-sell offer truly exceptional is that you will be able to get Alessandro Zamboni's private email address, where you will be able to send questions and ask for help for so long as you feel you need someone to render personal assistance to you through the process of learning how to create and publishing coloring books for adults.

Q10: If I choose to wait on the purchase of the up-sell offer, how long will it remain available?

A10: As long as this product remains for sale on this website, the up-sell offer will remain available.

As long as you keep the product download page bookmarked, you will continue to get access to the recordings, and everyone who purchased this offer will continue to have access to personal help from Alessandro Zamboni.

I'd like to address a couple points of confusion...

Q11: Is this really a brand-new niche?

A11: No, it is not.

According to the Google Trends image below, Adult Coloring Books have been a thing since 2009.

Q12: Wasn't this niche just recently developed a couple months ago?

A12: People have been searching for "Adult Coloring Books" on Google steadily since 2009. However, in June of 2015, the interest in these print books exploded, increasing 450% pretty much overnight.

The book shown as a sample best-seller above -- "Adult Coloring Book: Stress Relieving Patterns" -- was published in March of 2015.

The Adult Coloring Book currently ranked #29 in all of the Amazon marketplace -- "Detailed Designs and Beautiful Patterns (Sacred Mandala Designs and Patterns Coloring Books for Adults) (Volume 28)"... was published in September of 2014.

"Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt and Coloring Book" is currently the 6th highest ranked book in the Amazon marketplace. This book was published in March 2013!!

Q13: Is this material copied from another product?

A13: No. Absolutely not. This material was written by us from the ground up.

Q14: So why is there a couple people going around telling us that you are selling a stolen product?

A14: Well, that is surely a good question. To my knowledge, that other fellow hasn't even seen my product.

As evidenced above, he didn't create this book genre.

And as evidenced by a comparison of his product and mine, there is no comparison except for the fact that we are both discussing how to make money with Coloring Books for Adults.

Q15: What should I do if these people contact me and tell me that you stole their product, then ask me for a copy of my purchase receipt?

A15: If you would be kind enough, would you mind taking a screen shot and documenting when, where, and how they contacted you? And when you have documented everything, would you mind sending a copy of the screen shot and documentation to my support email address?

I do appreciate your support.

P.S. If you have any questions about this product that has not yet been answered, you can send me questions at *support~at~thephantomwriters.com* and I will answer your questions at my earliest convenience. Please allow me up to 72 hours to respond.
